Perhaps I shall go for that interview at the textile center. Fixed 1.5K a month.

Slept at 6 am after writing in my journal and crying, rather stupidly, again. I can't remember over what though. All I know is that my face was damp when I woke up. 0_0;;

My computer crashed, which...means my chapters of my novel are gone...my writing is gone...my pictures and layouts are gone...everything LOST! *screeches*

The world dislikes me this week. I think I did something wrong.

Oh well... the blog deserves a rehaul.

As I sit in the chapel I think of my sorrows that I have thrown to God. Perhaps, I muse, that he gathers my sorrows and turns them into crystal, just like everyone else, then he makes them fall down as rain.

Perhaps, that's why it has rained so much these past few days.

I turn my head and look at the cold greyness that sleets through the heavens like a mezzanine, twisting, turning, blinding me each way I spin around. But, I recall, I'm inside, inside the safety, the warmth, the religious harmony as imaginary choiristers echo their sopranos and trebles from the lofts above.

I'm safe here, I whisper, I'm safe.

I ask God why I'm here, what I'm here for. Am I another faithless follower, or will he bring me up to be with him when I die? Am I your child, God? You will take care of me, won't you? Just like you take care of my mother, and father and the rest of us?

I know you gave us a tribulated path in life to help us grow, Lord.

Then suddenly my tears begin to flow, silently, as I pray harder, drowning out the sounds of genocide, of fire crying its song outside. I cry.

I feel a warm hand on my shoulder, and I realize that he stepped in without my knowing. I look at him, and he blinks once, twice, before smiling.

I stand and run outside into the anarchy that waits for me with open arms, leaving him safe in the church. The cross on the steeple fades away into the rain.

Forgive me, Lord, for I do not know what I do. Forgive him, for he does not know what he does.

Run, my child, run.
